Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It's a good school, there are teachers that are not the best but overall we have such great teachers that care about us.

At Mount Whitney counselors always have your back and you can always rely on them, of course like anyone else they're busy but once you reach out they make time to talk to you. The campus staff is friendly making sure you're safe and making sure students are getting to class. As for AP classes, classes are on the smaller side so teachers can connect with you more than in a larger classroom.

Mt. Whitney is a really great school that offers many opportunities for students to get involved and explore different pathways. Teachers are very attentive to their students, however there are a few that can tend to bring the high school experience down for some.

The academies are great and offer students a different path through high school. They encourage student involvement and reward students with Pioneer G...

As a student, I was satisfied. They're a openly creative school and offer a lot of artistic options, and their athletic program is great to be in too. One of the problems is the bullying. They recently put up a anti-bullying program that doesn't really work at all. Students don't take it seriously a...
