Moved as a freshman in high school, very welcoming, and I got involved in a bunch of clubs right away. Everyone is very friendly and welcomed me with open arms. The only downside I see is no diversity; it is most likely 90% white, and it was not what I was used to, so that took some adjusting.

Overall it has been a great experience at Waconia High School. Teachers genuinely care about the students and are always willing to provide extra assistance when needed.

Although the lunches are very repetitive, the kindness shown by our teachers makes up for it. Teachers all try their best to help students succeed and grow their academic capabilities by providing many opportunities.

We moved here from out of state and have gone thru Clearwater and are now at the HS. I have high academic kids who score in the 97-99% on standardized state testing. Absolutely terrible school. Very clicky and very snobbish. Teachers are not directed very well. The overall quality and content of the education is subpar in comparison to the surrounding communities. I highly recommend not sending your teenaged children to these schools.
