Shepaug was a good school to go to. Middle school was rough, as it is in most schools. I left to pursue more music opportunities just when covid hit, and I was out for a year and a half. When I went back in my Sophomore year, things were much different for me. I found a niche of students and made great friends. I also had expanded my music network and was able to play in different groups. The Administration was very supportive- specifically Dr Shels, the principal.

Students and staff at Shepaug are all incredibly welcoming. This school provides students with ample resources to prepare them for college, aid in personal issues via the counseling department, and provide a fun school experience via class trips and events.

Had a horrible experience here. Bullying was really bad from students and many teachers alike. Even things down to assault and harassment.
