I'm a fairly recently graduated alum. Maret is truly the best school I've ever attended. I felt so warmly welcomed by the community, found incredible kinship with my classmates, and a genuine excitement for life in my years there. The school is very progressive, and I entered as a conservative from a conservative family. This didn't whatsoever bother me. My classmates were always willing to engage me with civility, and talk things out — even in heated class discussions. I don't feel my being openly conservative hurt my social standing whatsoever. Some have said they have felt othered by being conservative at Maret, but I think that's usually because of lack of tact when facing disagreement.

I started Maret in 6th grade and graduated this year in 2025. I had a great experience and I feel like the small class sizes and personalized instruction catered to my learning needs and helped me excel.

My experience at Maret has been overall very positive, and I've been here since the 6th Grade. I've liked every single teacher I've had, and the people here are super motivated and kind. I would say the highlights of my experience is the small academic and social scene, which has really helped me thrive throughout the different aspects of my life.
