Staff and teachers are understaffed, underpaid, and overworked.

I’ve had my fair share of experiences with unfair teachers, and it’s always left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. When a teacher plays favorites or treats certain students better than others, it creates an environment where it’s hard to feel motivated or valued. I’ve seen classmates get away...
