The best parts about my experience at Waukee High School were a lot of the career preparation classes I took. The APEX program at our school is fantastic, and the school to work program was probably the best thing I have done in my high school career as I got a serious paid internship out of it. The worst part of Waukee High School is that there are often younger students who think it's funny to mess up our really nice facilities for no reason. Additionally they got rid of the food from our vending machines.

I love Waukee but I would love to see some changes in the leadership. It seems like whatever we do there is always a new rule being passed to limit what we can do whether or not we do everything perfectly

In the last 3 years attending WHS, it has been pretty well. My teachers all apart from one have treated me well and offered time after or before school. The staff is nice and the students mind their own business not bothering anyone or bullying.
