The best part about my experience at Waxahachie high school id that the teachers are nice and the worst part is the fights that happen.

Largely, Waxahachie High School was a mixed bag. Some things, such as the upper level AP classes and teachers, were phenomenal. However, the school rarely pushes this. WHS chooses apathy and does demand excellence, leading to a student body that doesn't care about putting in work and trying hard things.

This high school is great they have wonderful staff everyone's nice and friendly and most of the teachers are great at their job. There are some teachers who aren't the bests at teaching though, but all of them do try their best and that's what counts.

My son is very happy at WHS and enjoys school every day. He finds his courses challenging and that his lessons are engaging. I appreciate all that WHS does to make this campus a great place for students!

As a parent, I care about academics, but I also care about the environment in the school. I have been pleased with both. for all the people who think these schools are bad...visit some other schools, and you will find out how good these schools actually are! My kids received an excellent education in Waxahachie! Of course it isn't perfect, no place is, but trust me, it's much better than other places!
