The teachers at this school are engaging, loving, passionate for their work and overall, very well level headed and want to see their students succeed. They believe that every student is worth their time and effort and that each student is there to succeed. They do not believe in leaving a student to fail; it is not in their job description.

Although it is a small school, the administrators work directly with other schools in the district to do PolyCom courses and they work with the local community college so students have the opportunities to take classes at a college level.
