GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My time at Wheaton North was special. All of the people at that school brought so many joyful memories. All of the clubs and extracurriculars were a blast. Not one teach could I call bad. The only thing about Wheaton North that I would change are the Burgers. They need to be of higher quality. The best memory that I had during my time was playing football my sophomore year. We won the state championship and it was a blast.

I have loved this school so much for the past four years. Covid was definitely an unfortunate time my freshman year, but the staff really helped keep this school strong and help the students get back on track. It is easy to stay challenged at this school, and teachers are very ready to help. I always feel safe here. I would really recommend Wheaton north to anyone choosing where to send their kids.

Great school! We moved from the city and are extremely happy with the education the school provides. I simply placed a call out to one of the teachers my son was struggling in, and she was able to explain what he needed to do to improve. I come from a family that went to York and Downers and North a...
