This school has gone down hill. It started off as a very good school but as my child continued to go to this school and the principals switched out it has went down hill from there. Kids fighting all the time not getting phone calls when my child had an injury. Unprofessional staff as well.

This is my son's 3rd year at highlands. He has just begun his 3rd grade year. He was reading at a 4th grade level at the end of 2nd grade.
