Some teachers are wonderful and some simply do not teach. I was in the international baccalaureate program however, however, I do not believe that all the IB teachers were adequate for the job. Some did not prepare us fully for the final exams. However, I am glad that this program is a part of this school.

The principal is amazing, he encourages school spirit and brings out a culture for the students. I am having a great experience at WSHS.

I loved going to Winter Springs I just graduated this past May 2024 and was part of te IB program and graduated with my IB diploma. I loved the principle Mr. Gaffmney and overall the entire administration team who were always super helpful and willing to listen to any concerns on campus. However, I noticed that as an Ib student, I felt the level of education I was receiving was much higher than that of my peers.

Terrible school district ... Teachers and staff do not care about the problems at The High School ...underpaid staff and careless teachers, this school being downgraded over the years from 10 to 4.

School staff and teachers are excellent. I would consider WSHS to be a very safe school in a safe neighborhood. Communication from administration is top notch. Excellent so far. Staff and teachers seem to really care about students. The guidance staff can tend to be a little stiff, not very approachable.
