Winters High School has not been updated to meet the requirements for most students' readiness for college. They lack AP programs, clubs, sports, etc. Though the teachers and staff are like family and clearly love what they do, the facilities are subpar and there needs to be more college ready courses offered.

The staff at Winters High actually care a lot about their students and will do anything in their power to help them succeed in and out of the classroom. With the new buildings being built, the school will be up and coming in the next years.

Its a great school overall. The staff is friendly and most of them seem to rreally care. However the school is old and only now starting to be remodeled. The new buildings are only used by advanced students. The school is currently under construction. Academically it really ends up on the students reposibilty to succeed.

The WHS has good staff who are willing to help students succeed. Its a good school to attend; its more of a family-feel since everyone knows each other. However, it does need to offer a variety of courses such as introduction to engineering and/or computer science; courses that are more applicable t...

What we do here is we learn in the matter we want it does not get boring and make you want to fall asleep. Our Ag Program is really fun, great, and makes students have great public speaking skills.
