The best part has been my High School Varsity Softball Team. Worst is letting kids dress up and identify as animals.

Yucaipa High School is a lovely school surrounded by nature and wonderful people. Personally I really appreciate the teacher and administration involvement with students and their futures, it really makes school life one-hundred times more enjoyable and smooth. One thing I don't necessarily like is the school schedule. My sophomore year we started school at 7:30am and got out at 2:30pm and then my school made the wise decision to start and get out of school one hour later. They said they did it so that we students could get more sleep, which is not the case, it only gave kids more time to stay up at night. I thought it was a poor decision and it messed with everyone's schedule and routine, especially the parents. In my opinion the decision was not thought out thoroughly, and they did not involve the parents as much as they should have. Besides that I feel that my time at Yucaipa High School was great, the spirt of the school never fails to make me feel like I belong .

I found my interactions with it to be wildly varying. Most of the students were very nice, although the school could make a bigger push for diversity.

Not a student or parent, but a grandparent. My grandchild entered Yucaipa HS this year, 2020-21 as a district transfer student because her parents were planning a move to Yucaipa area. Then covid hit. We thought that it was going to be terrible, but just the opposite occurred. The distance learning...

This school is terrible I got a load of work and I had no time to finish it and I had to work on the weekends and breaks the teachers weren't to helpful and the guidance counselor was rude to me I will never go back to this school.
