I knew that Brian was the perfect real estate agent for me from the moment we met. He was responsive to all of my questions, and he listened to all of the answers I provided to his questions. During my search for the right property, the issues I found important changed, and Brian adapted his search. In fact, he visited the property I ended up buying on his own and then said he thought he found the property that would make me completely happy. Within 24-hours, I walked through it and submitted an offer. It's now my home, and I couldn't have done this without Brian MacGregor!

Brian is a phenomenal agent! I've worked with Brian twice on selling my condo and both times he went above and beyond. He was great about providing me with pertinent information regarding the sales of other condos in my area and what I could sell my condo for. He is thorough, knowledgable and responsive, and he will walk you through every step of selling your home. I highly recommend Brian and will choose him again when I am looking to purchase my next home!

This review cannot possibly contain how grateful I'm to Brian. I absolutely 100% endorse him and his services.
Brian served as my realtor as I was buying and selling my place. Already plenty of work to do for a realtor just add a little global pandemic on the side!
If you want to sell your place, Brian is your guy! He was on top of everything. And did everything possible so that I got as much as could at closing. Besides giving me tips and advice on repairs, he himself got involved in needed last minute touch-up to the place and staged the place to look its best. If it wasn't for Brian, I don't think I would have gotten as much as I did for selling my very small co-op unit.
At the same time, Brian picked me up to see a number of houses that were for sell in the DC area. For my budget, we were mainly looking at fixer-uppers that would also serve as income property. Brian had a lot advice and contacts in order to realize this goal. But after seeing dozens of places, I came to the conclusion that perhaps for my current lifestyle, a smaller place would be better for me (like an updated big one bedroom or two bedroom.)
When I narrowed my choice down to a new development building, Brian gave me good advice on the pros and cons of going with a one vs. two bedroom. Glad I listened to his advice because going for the two bedroom was the right call.
Brian encouraged me to shop around for lenders and recommended a couple of people. Glad he put me in touch with FHM. Got a great deal compare to other lenders!
Brian was on top of all the paperwork in both selling and buying cases. Including arranging closing when I fell ill. He was on top of it all and entertained numerous emails, text (including very late texts), and calls for any questions I had. ALL THE GOLD STARS FOR BRIAN!! A true realtor and human rock star!
Thank you, Brian :)
