A resident of the Tampa Bay area since 1991, Jon brings hyper-local insight and a deep understanding of neighborhood dynamics and property values.

Jon and his wife—both proud natives of Spring Hill, FL—met while attending USF. Today, they continue to live, work, and give back to their community. Outside of Real Estate, Jon enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and is a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan.
