Lonnie has been a God-send. We were not sure where we wanted to live in NWA...however, he seemed an expert whether we looked in Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers or Bentonville. We did indeed purchase the perfect home for us: location, price and condition were exactly what we were looking for! At each turn along the way, Lonnie made us feel as though we were his only clients. Lonnie Larson will be prompt in responding to all contacts, in person, calls, texts, with full explanations, actions, answers. And he will involve others to make the home exchange as complete and efficiently guarding the clients time of involvement. Each contact with buyers and sellers were effective and positive. I our case he even added his own personal décor for showings, and was quick to respond to the needs of other realtors needing access or information.
