Yes. Homes.com gives builders the opportunity to list all of their communities at no cost. This helps create a better experience for buyers by making everything easy to find in one convenient place.

You can list any new construction homes that are part of a builder-offered community. This includes single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, co-ops, and manufactured homes.

Leads are sent to the email address assigned to each community. If preferred, leads can also be delivered via SFTP as an XML file.

Beginning this summer, builders will be able to log in to Homes.com using a builder-provisioned account. From there, you'll have access to a personalized dashboard where you can track how your listings are performing, including views, favorites, saves, and leads. You’ll also be able to engage directly with interested buyers and grow your online reputation.
