With a median sales price of $1.4 million, homes here cost $800,000 more than the average property within the Minneapolis Metro Area. Housing styles in Arden Park range from Tudor-Revivals and colonials to New Traditionals and farmhouse designs. Single-family homes here range from the low $500,000s for a three-bedroom to upwards of $2.4 million for an expansive five-bedroom estate. While single-family homes are the most common builds here, multi-family options like condos and townhouses are also available closer to 50th & France Avenue. Potential buyers should expect to spend close to $300,000 for a two-bedroom condo and upwards of $2 million for a four-bedroom townhouse.

On the first full weekend of June, artists fill the streets at the intersection of 50th and France Avenue for the annual Edina Art Fair. The 50th & France Business Association hosts the fair every year, closing off the streets from Friday through Sunday.
