Dutch Colonial and ranch-style homes are common here

Homes have small yards, with some bordered by narrow sidewalks and wide roadways, making some houses walkable to Rosemont Park, a nearby green space. Most houses also have detached garages and driveways. Houses were built around the middle of the 20th century, with Dutch Colonials and ranch-style homes being the most prominent. The median sale price is $306,000, with 54% of residents owning and 46% renting. Townhouses and apartments are part of the area, and rental prices range from $1,200 to $1,600 per month. “Prices depend on how modern the home is,” says Murray. “Most of the homes over there are owner-occupied. It’s an older housing stock, but a lot of it has been updated. It’s just an awesome neighborhood.”
