Dutch Colonial and ranch-style homes are common here
Homes have small yards, with some bordered by narrow sidewalks and wide roadways, making some houses walkable to Rosemont Park, a nearby green space. Most houses also have detached garages and driveways. Houses were built around the middle of the 20th century, with Dutch Colonials and ranch-style homes being the most prominent.
