Fairburn Mays is a suburban residential West Atlanta neighborhood surrounded by local restaurants and parks, but its main appeal is its location. Sitting near the interchange of interstates 285 and 20, the area gives residents a chance to explore what Atlanta has to offer. “You’re 30 minutes or less from things like Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Downtown and Midtown,” says Logan Holcomb, an agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices | Georgia Properties. “There are also a lot of people moving here for the film industry, and here, you’re close to Tyler Perry Studios.”

A Walmart Supercenter is also close by. More extensive retail shopping can be found at Greenbriar Mall, around 5 miles south.
