Sitting near the interchange of interstates 285 and 20, the area gives residents a chance to explore what Atlanta has to offer. “You’re 30 minutes or less from things like Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Downtown and Midtown,” says Logan Holcomb, an agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices | Georgia Properties. “There are also a lot of people moving here for the film industry, and here, you’re close to Tyler Perry Studios.”

American classics at BOSK and breakfast at Milk and Honey Restaurant
The area is home to BOSK, short for Big Oomp Studio Kitchen, which serves burgers, hot dogs and other American classics. Atlanta’s Best Wings stakes its claim thanks to several sauce options for its chicken wings. The community is a few miles from Milk and Honey Restaurant, a renowned breakfast and lunch spot. “When I’m in the area, I make it a point to schedule my appointments around breakfast time so I can stop by,” Holcomb says. “The shrimp and grits are a banger.” The nearby Cascade Crossing shopping center has a Publix Super Market. A Walmart Supercenter is also close by. More extensive retail shopping can be found at Greenbriar Mall, around 5 miles south.
