A prime location for commuters, golfers and students
A master-planned golf club community, Avery Ranch offers spacious, traditional homes and resort-style amenities at multiple price points. “The location is dynamite,” says Natalia Roush, a Northwest Austin resident and Realtor with Realty Austin. “When they first opened the community, I remember joking that we could put a monkey there to take orders for the houses because it's such a great location.” The sprawling 1,800-acre neighborhood has its own pools, parks and recreation areas. Golfers can book a tee time at Avery Ranch Golf Club, then conveniently run a few errands and pick up dinner a few miles away on Avery Ranch Boulevard before heading back home.
