A shopper's tourist attraction
Neighborhood trees are plentiful, many planted in front yards and providing a measure of privacy to homes. Lots rarely exceed an eighth of an acre, with the majority measuring closer to half that. Driveways and carports are the norm, with the occasional attached garage. The community's midcentury homes are mainly ranch-style and split levels lining the well-worn streets. Prices begin in the mid-$100,000s for houses under 1,000 square feet that need renovation. As size and quality increase, this generally peaks in the high $200,000s. The average price for a home here falls at $200,000, compared to the Columbus Metro Area average in the high $300,000s.Lots of options at OSU

Across Westerville Road from the neighborhood is Champions Golf Course. The public course opened with nine holes in 1922and then was re-designed by Robert Trent Jones in 1948 to expand to 18 holes. Today, it’s a challenging course featuring rolling fairways, tricky doglegs and hilly terrain. The Champions Tennis Club is a public club sponsored by the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department. Much of Innis Park's 100 acres is used for youth league soccer matches. The park also has woodlands and serves as a trailhead for the Alum Creek Trail, a 25-mile concrete trail that follows the Alum Creek as far south as Bridgeview. Indoor recreational options are located near Easton Town Center. Resolute Athletic Complex houses lacrosse and indoor soccer leagues.
