Traditional condos overlooking ponds

There are two condo communities just south of The Mall at Tuttle Crossing: Broadway Condominiums and Gramercy Place. The Broadway Condominiums were built around 2010 and offer residents a park-like feel with raised ranch condos centered around a common green space with mature trees and ponds. Condos feature attached garages, granite countertops and private balconies, with prices ranging from about $235,000 for a two-bedroom unit to $310,000 for a three-bedroom. Gramercy Place is a gated community with two-story condos arranged around a collection of ponds. Homebuyers can find updated units with open floorplans and vaulted ceilings starting at around $415,000. “They're generally two to three bedrooms or two bedrooms and a den,” says Karen Disbrow, a Realtor with Howard Hanna Realtors who has been selling homes in the area for over 18 years. According to the CAP Index, the community has an overall Crime Score of 5.

Nearby parks and Hayden Run Falls

While there are no green spaces in the condo communities, residents are within walking distance of several parks. Llewellyn Farms Park is less than 2 miles east along Tuttle Road and features tennis courts, basketball courts and a playground for kids to explore. Hayden Run Falls Park is also less than 2 miles east and provides a scenic retreat into nature with a wooded path leading to a 30-foot waterfall and observation deck.

Robust vocational training in Columbus schools

Children attend the Columbus City School District, which has an average student-teacher ratio of 15-to-1. Kids begin their education at Gables Elementary School, which earned a C from Niche, before moving on to Ridgeview Middle School, which earned a C-minus. Teens attend Centennial High School, which earned a B and offers students the opportunity to earn college credit through Advanced Placement and College Credit Plus Courses. The district also offers nearly 40 Career and Technical Education programs in fields like health science and information technology. The Ohio State University is also about 15 miles south.

Proximity to The Outerbelt

Residents are just east of I-270, also known as The Outerbelt since the thoroughfare forms a contiguous loop around Columbus. Downtown Columbus is about 16 miles south and the Central Ohio Transit Authority provides local bus service to the community with several stops along Tuttle Crossing Boulevard. John Glenn Columbus International Airport is about 20 miles southeast.
