Traditional condos overlooking ponds
There are two condo communities just south of The Mall at Tuttle Crossing: Broadway Condominiums and Gramercy Place. The Broadway Condominiums were built around 2010 and offer residents a park-like feel with raised ranch condos centered around a common green space with mature trees and ponds. Condos feature attached garages, granite countertops and private balconies, with prices ranging from about $235,000 for a two-bedroom unit to $310,000 for a three-bedroom. Gramercy Place is a gated community with two-story condos arranged around a collection of ponds. Homebuyers can find updated units with open floorplans and vaulted ceilings starting at around $415,000. “They're generally two to three bedrooms or two bedrooms and a den,” says Karen Disbrow, a Realtor with Howard Hanna Realtors who has been selling homes in the area for over 18 years. According to the CAP Index, the community has an overall Crime Score of 5.Nearby parks and Hayden Run Falls
