New Traditional homes and stand-alone condos
Tuttle West contains several subdivisions with a mix of single-family homes and condos. In the eastern half of the neighborhood, the Hayden Farms and Hayden Crossing subdivisions feature New Traditional homes with attached garages, fenced-in backyards and open floorplans. Most properties sit side-by-side on modest lots, and wide sidewalks line the streets. “The average home is about four bedrooms with two-and-a-half bathrooms,” says Karen Disbrow, a Realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services who has sold several homes in the neighborhood. “It’s a standard floor plan where you walk in, and there’s a dining room on one side and living room on the other. You walk back, and there’s the kitchen and family room.” Single-family homes typically sell for anywhere from $330,000 to $490,000. Homebuyers will also find several condo communities in the neighborhood, with prices ranging from $250,000 for a two-bedroom condo to $530,000 for brand-new construction. There are also several houses of worship in Tuttle West, including St. John Lutheran Church and the Noor Islamic Cultural Center.
