In October, Taste of Concord brings foodies of all ages to the plaza to sample from local restaurants. “Every September, there’s a Latino festival in Monument Corridor that has great food and entertainment. There are dancers, bands and local makers,” Segura says. “We are a tight community, and there’s a ton of networking opportunities between business owners. It’s just a lot of fun to all get together like that.”Ranch-style and two-story homes
Mid-century ranch-style homes with garages and small, well-landscaped yards populate the neighborhood, with a newer section of two-story homes closely spaced in the north central area.
