Established in the 1990s, the west-central Florida community of Fish Hawk has grown steadily into a thriving suburb of 25,000, attracting professionals from nearby Tampa and military personnel from MacDill Air Force Base. “It is a very tight night community. The amenities and schools are number one,” says Marcia Shea, a Relator at The George Shea Team and a Fish Hawk resident for over 20 years.
