Dutch colonials and Cape Cods
Homes in this neighborhood can be found in cul-de-sacs and small residential communities that branch off main roads like Main State Route 35 and North Gorham Road. These pockets tend to be surrounded by dense woods that can give residents privacy and proximity to the New England outdoors. Most homes are inland, but there are few waterfront properties along Sebago Lake with private docks and shoreline access. Common home styles include Dutch colonials and Cape Cods that feature gabled roofs, arched windows and driveways. The median price of a home here is about $420,000, but some three-bedroom waterfront residences can cost more than $1.3 million.
