In Southeast Grand Junction, ranch-style homes sit within suburban communities developed in the mid-2000s, while farmhouses have barns or stables on parcels of flat land. “There are definitely some rural areas in the southeast,” says Joann Hindson, Community Manager at Peak 72, a nearby apartment complex. “You could be surrounded by a horse pasture rather than the city.” Single-family homes typically fall between $350,000 and $800,000. A three-bedroom ranch-style home costs $350,000 to $550,000, while a farmhouse is listed for $500,000 to $800,000. Manufactured homes in communities, like Willowood Estates, often range from $150,000 to $385,000, and townhouses typically list between $200,000 and $400,000.The riverfront trail, rafting on the rapids and the Chipeta Golf Course

It’s really nice as long as people remember to wear life jackets. The river can run pretty high and hard in the summer.” A gravel path connects the Riverfront Trail to some of the neighborhood’s main residential streets, with a trail network stretching 22 miles from Fruita to Palisade. The Chipeta Golf Course has a driving range, pickleball courts and an executive golf course that blends a long-distance approach with shorter par-3 holes. Lincoln Park offers a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, baseball fields and a splash pad in downtown Grand Junction.
