Old Trail Rancho's rural roads and space to roam
Dirt roads and sun-kissed asphalt streets guide locals around Old Trail Rancho. This Hesperia neighborhood’s inherently rural makeup contrasts with the busier downtown area just to the north. Residents get close access to downtown businesses and enjoy relatively large lot sizes, oftentimes used for horses and other animals. “A lot of people [buy here] not just for horses but just to have [the space for] their kids and dogs to run around,” says Willie Bolin, a local Realtor with Realty One Group Roads, who has more than seven years of industry experience.
