Updated four-bedroom builds can climb north of $400,000. On the highest end, homes in Tremont Manor and new construction in Forest Ridge Estates can fall between $600,000 and $1.25 million. Two- and three-bedroom units in townhomes near Northwood Road sell between $150,000 and $225,000. Buyers across the board can expect to pay HOA fees.

Students are zoned for the highly regarded Park Hill School District, which was the first public school district to win the Missouri Quality Award twice. I-29 connects residents to downtown Kansas City or the airport, which is only about 10 miles away – in this way, Northland has the edge over their neighbors south of the river. “Our airport is very unique,” Galbrecht says. In 2023, Kansas City International Airport completed an enormous renovation, unveiling a brand-new terminal. “The airport has a lot of local-owned restaurants that are unique to KC, and it really plays off of KC, who we are and what we offer.”
