Trader Joe's, Seoul Market and an array of smaller shops line Foothill Boulevard to the north and Honolulu Boulevard to the south. According to Sevan, “the Honolulu Avenue shopping strip has tons of mom-and-pop shops. It's got coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and bookstores. They do a farmer's market there on the weekend, and there's Oktoberfest when they close down the little strip. They have events all the time. It's like a little downtown."
