Crescenta Valley High School definitely has room for improvement. Despite the many academic opportunities they give, sports are not advertised, and teachers dislike their jobs.

It's pretty subpar. It's really competitive to get into sports and we've had some pretty bad teachers over the years.

I think it is a pretty solid school, there are just a couple little things that prevent it from being a good school. The people there are motivated, and they work hard but there are also people who just don't really care.

I just graduated in 2024 and this school felt like torture. Might seem good on paper but once you actually attend it’s terrible. The teachers pick favorites and all the science teachers are awful at their jobs, just making you feel stupid. Overall, would not recommend putting your kid in this school...
