Attractive home prices and a state park are Lawrence highlights

Lawrence offers relative affordability among the suburbs north of Indianapolis. This makes the city of about 50,000 especially attractive to households who are priced out of nearby suburbs such as McCordsville, Fishers and Carmel. One of the state’s most diverse school districts and recreational attractions add to the appeal of a city whose median age is 37. About two-thirds of residents own their homes, contributing to the community feel.
