Modern homes come with variations for a variety of tastes
The majority of Crown Pointe’s homes are New Traditional-style options built in the 1990s. But the layouts and exterior accents vary around the neighborhood, including some homes with brick or stone details. “One of the things I love about Crown Pointe is that all of the homes in this area are unique from each other, and they have their own personalities,” says Marsha Artz, a local Realtor with Home Real Estate who has 10 years of experience in the business. “I also love that the neighborhood has mature trees.” The trees help shade lots that commonly stretch at least one-fifth of an acre. The neighborhood’s single-family houses go for prices from the mid-$300,000s to the upper $600,000s. The area also has townhouses from the upper $200,000s to the lower $300,000s.

Scooter’s Coffee, which is part of a Nebraska-based chain
Primetime Sporting Goods, where you can find gear for sports from baseball to wrestling
Bob & Willie's Wonderbowl, where you can book a lane for 10-pin minibowling
All of those businesses sit by a Fareway Meat Market, an option for fresh cuts of steak, cheeses, wine and more. “They have really great specialty products,” Artz says of the market. “And so it’s just a fun store to go in.” There’s also a Hy-Vee 2 miles away, for more grocery and household items.
