Midcentury homes at a lower cost than other Long Beach neighborhoods
Addams is a compact neighborhood of organized city blocks. The homes sit close together on smaller lots, many of which are shaded by mature trees. With its sidewalks and privacy fences, it has a more suburban feel than seaside neighborhoods. Most homes are midcentury Minimal Traditional, often with Spanish motifs like painted stucco or red tile roofs. Addams properties cost between $340,000 and $750,000, depending on size. “North Long Beach is one of the more affordable areas in the city,” says Alan Fasnacht of Team Fasnacht Realty. “It doesn’t have the cachet of Bixby Knolls, but Addams is a very nice neighborhood.”
