Seasonal events hosted by the Phillips West Neighborhood Organization

When spring comes around, neighbors in Phillips West gather at the 2700 block of Oakland Avenue for the annual Spring Celebration. The event is hosted by the Phillips West Neighborhood Organization (PWNO) in May every year. Visitors can enjoy food from local vendors and outdoor activities to ring in the warmer months. Education at Minneapolis Public Schools
