Sitting right by Interstate 35 is Regina, one of three towns in FRNNG, the Field Regina Northop Neighborhood Group in Hennepin County. Patrick Paulson, a Realtor of over 35 years in the Twin Cities, explains how residents often choose to live in Regina because of the surrounding areas: "When we talk about neighborhoods in south Minneapolis like this one, they're so close together you can walk from one to another. What attracts people to them are usually the same things." Walkability and access to amenities other neighborhoods provide are a huge draw. Homes in Regina start at $220,000 and go up to $500,000.

From Craftsman to Spanish Colonial homes
Most homes in Regina were built from 1900 to 1940, reflected in the neighborhood's architecture. These styles include ramblers, Tudors, Craftsmen and even the occasional Spanish Colonial home. Prices start at $220,000 and go up to $500,000, with the median sell price being about $300,000. One of the main reasons I love living in Minneapolis is because every individual is so different and everyone is so accepting.

There are all types of places in the Twin Cities. If you want a large chain store, we have it, if you want a mom-and-pop shop, we have it.

I was a very good student and dancer all through high school, but when it came time to look for a job, no one wanted to hire me because I had no job experience. This frustrated me, but many of my friends have had no problem getting jobs that paid minimum wage.
