The Laurel district offers a grab bag of housing styles, with everything from Mediterranean Revival styles and bungalows to midcentury ramblers and Craftsman homes, many of which have been updated. Some houses offer opportunities to invest and add a creative touch. The neighborhood is very walkable, with well-maintained sidewalks interspersed with mature trees.
