Walkable streets lined with foliage
Homes lie in a grid pattern, with plenty of street parking and wide sidewalks. Maples and flowering plums appear at every second or third home, towering above the rooftops. Common architectural styles include bungalow, Dutch Colonial and ranch, varying from the mid-twentieth century to the early twenty-first. Houses with both brick and vinyl facades are as typical as either material alone. Prospective buyers can expect to spend anywhere from $500,000 to $700,000 for a backyard with splendid mountain views.
