A Rancho Cordova community near outdoor recreation and major thoroughfares
American River access and the trails of the American River Parkway are close to the tree-lined streets of Mills Ranch, a neighborhood in Rancho Cordova. The community is also within a 2-mile radius of big-box stores, Latin American markets and local restaurants. “Homes tend to sell quickly after they are listed in this area,” says Ana Alvarez, a local real estate agent with LPT Realty, Inc. “People are drawn to Rancho Cordova by the hiking and biking trails and easy access to Route 50. It’s a quick commute to both Downtown Sacramento and Folsom.”
Charming bungalows and ranch-style homes in Mills Ranch

Most houses have paved driveways, fenced-in back yards and attached two-car garages. “You’ll find more affordable prices in Mills Ranch compared to communities closer to Folsom,” says Alvarez. “A lot of locals are drawn to the atmosphere and recreation areas of Folsom, but the prices are much higher.
