Essentials include a CVS, several auto parts stores, fast food chains, a gas station and an anchor Raley's grocery store for home cooking. For dining out, Raliberto's Taco Shop, right next to Raley's, serves Mexican favorites in a tiny, low-key spot. Dessert is right next door at Baskin Robbins. "There's also Panda South next to Dollar Tree," adds Cory, "that's a nice place to take the family out for Chinese food." Participants produce art for sale in an open-to-the-public creation store that Cory established in a former Starbucks. Brand-name stores fill Mt.
