An established neighborhood with a city feel
Broad Rock is an established city neighborhood where early-1900s Craftsman bungalows and American Foursquares sit close together along sidewalk-lined streets. Though homes sit close to the road and front yards are small, most backyards are long and narrow, providing room for a large tree, a small garden or a place for the dog to run around. Most residents park on the street, though some have created alley-accessible parking spaces behind their homes. You can also find townhouse-style apartments here. With neighbors close by and busy Hull Street bordering the area, Broad Rock feels active and connected.
