Casual options closer to home include Toasted Rooster Cafe, a popular spot for breakfast.
Though the neighborhood as a whole is mostly made up of commercial centers and apartments, there are small residential pockets. This includes high-density options like condos, which can range from the lower $100,000s to the lower $300,000s. These properties often come with access to community amenities like swimming pools. “While there are more multifamily homes in the neighborhood overall, the area near the schools has single-family homes, which is nice because kids can walk to school,” says Freelove.
