A mix of rentals, condos and single-family homes
Though the neighborhood as a whole is mostly made up of commercial centers and apartments, there are small residential pockets. This includes high-density options like condos, which can range from the lower $100,000s to the lower $300,000s. These properties often come with access to community amenities like swimming pools. “While there are more multifamily homes in the neighborhood overall, the area near the schools has single-family homes, which is nice because kids can walk to school,” says Freelove. These areas have a more suburban feel with flat, grassy front yards and midcentury ranch-style architecture. Single-family homes and duplexes range from the mid $400,000s to the mid $500,000s, usually depending on size.
