Encina is also popular with staff and faculty at California State University, Sacramento, also known as Sac State. “Downtown is probably 15 minutes away or less, and Sac State is maybe a 5-minute drive,” says Kaelee Cornell, a Sacramento native and real estate agent with Exp Realty. “If you’re going to the college, you’re more than likely riding your bike. It’s very commutable.”
