An 18-hole golf course, botanical garden and namesake lake
The Twin Cities has its fair share of neighborhoods close to parks and other amenities, but few can match Como Park's abundance of both natural beauty and urban convenience. This neighborhood has a rich history, plenty of dedicated green space, a zoo and more. A quick stroll around the area instantly reveals colorful and eclectic homes with green yards on tree-lined streets. Visually stunning attractions such as Lake Como, Como Regional Park and the golf course are clustered together at the center of the neighborhood. Francesco Marraffa, a Realtor and owner of Kilt Real Estate Group, says, "Como Park is a family-oriented area that draws people in because of its park, great location and, of course, Como Zoo! It's also a great spot for Minneapolis and St. Paul commuters."
