A quiet east end suburb on Beaver Lake

Along the western shores of Beaver Lake, Lincoln Park is home to verdant, well-maintained shaded lawns within a short walk of recreation areas. Located in Saint Paul’s Greater East Side, the neighborhood lies near a network of quiet residential communities around 5 miles northeast of downtown. “A lot of people move out to the Greater East Side for its affordability,” says Corey McCracken, a local Realtor with RE/MAX Prodigy. “It’s popular among first-time home buyers for its prices and is in close proximity to Downtown Saint Paul.”
