Early 20th-century homes and new custom builds
The community’s prime residential area is located in the southern part of the neighborhood, whereas a more commercial and industrial sector resides within the northern portion. Along the residential streets are primarily mid-century and traditional ranch-styles and a few split-level homes. Most homes were built in the 1950s, although there are a few more significant, two-level modern and contemporary properties that were built in the past decade.
