Vibrant community near Spokane retail hub
Spokane's Nevada Lidgerwood neighborhood is one of the larger and more diverse areas of the city. Situated in north-central Spokane, it offers a variety of residential, commercial and recreational spaces, catering to a wide range of homebuyers.
"It has arguably the best shopping in town, and some of Spokane's best restaurants," says Realtor Cody Snow of Keller Williams, a lifelong Spokane resident. "That said, the retail is very concentrated along Division Street, so once you get to residential blocks, the neighborhood is actually pretty quiet."
