Fresh air and rolling hills in this western New York neighborhood
A rural town stationed on the southern border of Erie County, Concord offers a quiet, easygoing lifestyle amid Western New York's vast farmland. The village of Springville on Concord's southside serves as the town's primary locality, which contains roughly 4,200 residents — about half of Concord's total population. "It has rolling hills, fresh air, quiet and peacefulness, and it has good affordability because of its distance to the major metropolitan areas," says local Realtor Lisa Uschold of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, who specializes in selling residential, land and farm properties within Erie County.
