On the northern end of Temecula, Roripaugh Ranch provides the comfort of a gated residential community with an abundance of outdoor recreation nearby. The neighborhood is located just minutes away from many of the city’s parks, golf courses and wineries among other amenities, all with the quiet comfort of sidewalk-lined streets and a scenic mountain view in the backdrop. “The neighborhood has a great community feel,” says Zachary Hohl, a Realtor with HomeSmart Realty West. “The HOA puts together gatherings throughout the year, from holidays to birthday parties in the green spaces and it really makes everyone feel connected.”

New builds and eye-catching homes
Though the community started construction of homes in 2006, there are plenty of new builds available for prospective homebuyers. Many of the newly constructed homes in the area are move-in ready, often with three or more bedrooms and prices that tend to hang around $550,000. However, there are homes that go above that price, including homes that have Spanish Revival architecture, with red tiled roofing and contemporary homes with prices that typically range between $800,000 and $900,000.
