Reside in the lively and welcoming Temple City community

Tucked in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, Temple City is a small city with a prominent Asian population in Los Angeles County. Home to an array of restaurants and shops catering to that community, as well as a highly rated school system, Temple City allows residents to enjoy a peaceful lifestyle with suburban homes, various community events and recreational activities such as derby racing. “This is a popular neighborhood for new Chinese immigrants and is close to other Asian communities in the San Gabriel area,” says Pam Xu, a broker and owner of Sunpride Realty and a longtime Southern California resident. “When people first come over from abroad, they are willing to pay a premium to live in Temple City. It’s easier to settle in and you don’t even have to speak English.”
